Cast Iron - A dark roast with subtle notes of Stone Fruit, Smoke, and Brown Butter.
Atlas - A light/medium roast with gentle notes of Floral, Black Tea, and Dark Chocolate.
Decaf - Flavor notes subject to change from season to season (but it's always top-notch).
